Please check our Size Chart before placing your order and compare the measurements with your own. Most of our products follow a relaxed fit, so we recommend choosing your size based on the measurements provided in the Size Chart.

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Size issues and manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange. Customized, clearance, and opened or used products are not eligible. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the delivery charge. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive a refund.

Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 working days, while delivery outside Dhaka generally takes 3–5 working days.

The delivery charge is BDT 80 inside Dhaka and BDT 120 outside Dhaka. The delivery charge must be paid in advance. Once the delivery charge is paid, the remaining product amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery.

We accept bKash. You can also choose Cash on Delivery by paying the applicable delivery charge in advance.

Currently, we deliver only within Bangladesh, including both Dhaka and outside Dhaka. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to introduce international delivery in the future.
