2. Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, the actual color or appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and other factors.

All product prices on our website are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

GRIDMODE will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional delivery attempts, or related costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Payment

GRIDMODE does not currently provide debit or credit card payment through a card payment gateway on the website.

We currently accept advance delivery-charge payments through:

• bKash

The applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance at the time of placing the order.

The product price is payable through Cash on Delivery (COD). This means the customer pays the product price directly to the courier upon receiving the order.

GRIDMODE does not request or store customers’ mobile banking PINs, passwords, OTPs, or login credentials.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and transaction details where required for payment verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

GRIDMODE provides delivery services throughout Bangladesh.

Our delivery charges are currently:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 80
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

The applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance when placing the order.

Depending on the delivery location, availability, and operational requirements, GRIDMODE may use different courier services, including:

• Pathao
• Steadfast
• REDX
• Sundarban Courier
• SA Paribahan
• eCourier
• Paperfly

The courier used for a particular order may vary, and GRIDMODE does not guarantee the use of any specific courier.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated by GRIDMODE is an estimate and should not be considered an absolute guarantee.

6. Return and Exchange

GRIDMODE accepts returns and exchanges only in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Generally:

• Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
• Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.
• Wrong-size or damaged products may qualify for exchange.
• Wrong products, wrong colors/variants, or products received damaged or defective may qualify for return.
• Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products that have been opened and used before being returned are not eligible.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the official GRIDMODE Facebook Page Inbox unless GRIDMODE provides another official method.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable under our Return & Exchange Policy, GRIDMODE will process the refund within three (3) business days after the refund has been approved and the required return process has been completed.

Refunds may be made through:

If a replacement product is unavailable during an approved exchange, the customer may choose another available product or, where applicable, receive a refund.

The final refund amount will be determined according to the circumstances of the return or exchange and the applicable terms of our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• Brand name and logo;
• Product photographs;
• Images and graphics;
• Product descriptions;
• Text and written content;
