• Return/Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Wrong size or damaged product → Exchange available.
• Wrong product, color/variant, or defective product → Return available.
• Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• Customized and Clearance products are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive a refund.
